WHAT IS BEYOND 25

Beyond 2025 is the channel’s new favorite partner event. Master cybersecurity, learn how to grow your business, and elevate your capabilities over three days of groundbreaking sessions with leading industry speakers, MSPs, and vendors. Pax8 Beyond 2025 will take place at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Denver, Colorado on June 8-10, 2025.

Transportation

DO I NEED TO BOOK MY OWN FLIGHTS?

Yes. You will be responsible for booking your own airfare.

WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?

Denver International Airport (DEN). From there, the hotel is eight miles and approx. 15 minutes away.

WILL TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT BE PROVIDED?

The Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center does not provide transportation to or from the airport.

HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?

Taxis, Uber, Lyft, or public transportation are all available from the airport

If you choose private transportation, one-way costs vary between $20 and $30, with taxis being the most expensive option.
To take public transportation, board the A-Line Commuter Train at the Denver Airport Station on level one and disembark at the 61st and Peña stop. The Gaylord Rockies offers complimentary shuttle service to and from this station approximately every 30 minutes. Hours of operation are subject to change, so please contact the resort to confirm this service.

WHAT PARKING FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CONFERENCE CENTER?

Self-parking is offered at the resort and convention center.
Valet parking is also available.

Pax8 Beyond will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.

HOW MUCH DOES THE EVENT TICKET COST? ARE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

Early bird pricing of $299 ends March 30, Last Chance Discount pricing of $399 ends April 30. Regular price is $499.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE BEYOND 25 EVENT PASS?

Access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, panels, and booth exhibitions, as well as access to the social events, breakfast, and lunch.

WHICH MEALS ARE INCLUDED?

Sunday, June 8 and Tuesday, June 10 receptions
Breakfast and lunch on Monday, June 9
Breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, June 10

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

All conference meals will be served buffet-style and will include vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know during the registration process, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE ATTENDEES FROM THE SAME COMPANY?

No. We are not offering discounts for groups of attendees coming from the same company.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Yes! You can purchase a Guest Pass, which will provide access to the Sunday Welcome Reception and Tuesday Closing Party for $199.
Breakout sessions and Keynotes are only available for partner registrants.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GUEST PASS?

When you register, you will be given the option to purchase Guest Pass before checkout. If you have already registered, you will need to wait until the Attendee Hub is live closer to the event. At that time, you’ll be able to log into your account through the Hub and purchase a Guest Pass.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

The venue is ADA-compliant. If you require additional accommodations, please let us know during the registration process.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Conference attire is business casual. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you, as conference rooms can get cold at times.
The Tuesday Evening Closing Party will be outside — feel free to come casual.

IS THERE A CODE OF CONDUCT?

Yes. Event participants—whether attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors, or sponsors—shall always conduct themselves with professionalism and civility and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all.
Pax8 reserves the right to rescind registration or attendance at the event at its discretion for violations of this policy.
